- Please expect at least one (1) week of planning time before your event date.
- Due to the amount of planning involved, we cannot accept same-day luxury picnic requests unfortunately.
- Within 24-48, we will reach out to confirm details via email.
- Should you need to cancel your event, please provide us with 7 days notice. (please see cancellation policy)
- For rescheduling, you will receive credit which can be used for a future event and will not expire.
- Dates based on availability and weather permitting - (Does not apply to indoor set ups.)
- We require a $60 deposit which will be refunded after completion of your event to prevent damages
Day-Of: - We will have your picnic ready at your reservation time (no early or late arrivals please)
- We will welcome you upon arrival and return at the end of the reservation to break down.
- You will be provided a phone number for any immediate issues or if you'd like to extend your time during your picnic (time permitting).

What are your hours of operation?
Summer (May 1- August 31st) hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12pm - (latest booking time) 5:30pm
Winter (September 1 - March 30th) hours : Saturday and Sunday 12pm - (latest booking time) 6pm
Some special accommodations can be made but are subject to prior approval.
What if I need to cancel?

Where are you located?
We are a mobile business operating out of Montgomery County, MD. Locations beyond 20 miles in radius will be subject to a standard mileage rate quoted into your final price. We do not serve all areas, unfortunately so please check with us prior to submitting your deposit fee.
Where can I enjoy my picnic?
We typically set up at public parks during our warmer months however we can generally set up wherever you request such as backyards, living areas, hotel suites etc. as space allows.
Public locations not on our drop down menu must be approved prior.
Do you provide food and drinks?
We include a charcuterie style grazing box/platter in the package - based on the amount of people you have quoted. At this time we are not licensed to serve alcohol. We only provide non-alcoholic beverage options but please feel free to bring your own liquor.
Our food is catered by our partners - we simply transport and arrange it on your table.
Why do you ask for a deposit?
We are a small but growing business. The deposit is to safe guard against damages to our material and equipment as well as our time. Most importantly, Deposits act to secure and guarantee your time and date when booking.
What if I have a large party?
Our table capacity and settings fit 8 maximum however, we do not control the amount of people you invite. You are able to customize food and add more guests on the add-on section of the booking page.
What do you offer as add-ons?
Add-ons include games (Jenga, Uno, Playing cards, Cards for Humanity), Decor (Umbrella, Tee-pee, Balloon garland design), Extra time per hour, Extra guests per setting, Bluetooth Speaker, and Instant Camera rental.
Food add-ons include extra grazing boxes or increased size grazing platter sizes based on amount of people in your party, assorted dessert options (macaroons, chocolate covered strawberries, assorted fruit bars, cookies, fruit tart) , assorted fruit platter, assorted vegetable platter, extra meat & cheese grazing platter, assorted mini sandwiches, & Mediterranean appetizer platter. All options can be customized to accommodate the amount of people in your party.
