CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel your event, please provide us with 7 days notice. You will receive credit which can be used for a future event. If a cancellation is requested within 3 days before your event, we will honor a rebooking but no credit will be applied. Please understand that we also work with other vendors so late cancellations create issues for all parties involved.
Refunds will only be applied if there is proof of extenuating circumstances or you do not wish to use our service at all however, In that event - you still must provide at least 7 days notice to receive your refund.
If weather prevents the event from occurring outside, you can choose an indoor location or Boho Fresco can provide an alternate date.
